Sunshine Kids (“we”, “us”) operates a licensed child care centre at 1 Westside Dr, Unit 8A, Etobicoke, Ontario. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

• Information you send us through our forms: your name, phone number, email address, your child’s program, age and desired start date, and any message you include.
• Basic website usage data, such as pages visited and how you reached our site (for example, a Google or Facebook ad), collected with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange tours and discuss enrolment.
• To understand which of our advertising and website pages are useful, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information. Enrolment records for children in our care are handled separately under our parent handbook and Ontario’s child care requirements.

We use trusted providers to run this website and our communications, including our website host (form submissions), Google (Analytics, Ads and Maps) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising), and HiMama for registration. These providers may store data outside Canada.

Cookies and advertising

Our site may use cookies from Google and Meta to measure visits and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Google and Facebook account settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to follow up about enrolment, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by emailing sunshinekidsetobicoke@yahoo.ca or calling (416) 622-7529.
