I have nothing but good things to say about Sunshine kids. We chose this daycare because we heard good reviews from friends & couldn’t have been happier with our decision. It’s a very clean space with lots of age appropriate toys and developmental support.
They use an app to share photos, details about the child’s day and communicate with parents / teachers / director.

Both of my sons went to Sunshine Kids as infants, toddlers all the way to pre-school and it was an unforgettable experience. Clean, professional environment without a single red-flag in sight.

We are so happy having our son at sunshine kids. The staff are very polite, helpful and our son has been really enjoying his time in their care. I highly recommend this daycare as I love seeing my son happy when I am dropping him off and picking him up!

Yes. We currently have openings in our infant, toddler and preschool rooms. Availability changes quickly, so the best way to secure a spot is to book a tour or call us at (416) 622-7529. We’ll confirm current openings for your child’s age and start date.
Start by booking a tour so you can see our rooms and meet our educators. After your visit, we’ll confirm your start date and send you our online registration form. Not ready for a tour yet? You can join our waitlist online at any time, and we’ll contact you when a spot opens for your start date.
As soon as you know you’ll need care. Because we have spots open now, families who tour can usually talk about start dates right away. Bringing your child along is ideal: it helps you see the space, meet our staff and make sure our environment is the right fit.
For the health and safety of all our children, we ask that children who have a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea remain at home until they have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours. If we contact you during the day about your sick child, please arrange to pick them up as soon as possible so they can rest at home with you.

This approach emphasizes the importance of building relationships and supporting each child’s growth across all developmental areas, including emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development.

At Sunshine Kids, we prioritize in-person communication at drop-off and pick-up times to stay connected with parents and caregivers. In addition, we use the HiMama app to share daily updates, including photos, videos, and a record of your child’s activities. This allows parents to stay informed throughout the day and to stay involved in their child’s learning and growth. Families can also reach out via email or our parent portal for any updates or questions, and we host events throughout the year to strengthen the partnership between our daycare and families.
